My Cup of Tea

London, England

What I loved the most? LITERALLY EVERYTHING! CUTE LITTLE STORE that is nested in the heart of London’s Soho, where teas are available to smell, touch, taste and appreciate at the tasting counter.

Flavors and design where probably the biggest attractions here. I was supposed to do tea tasting but with work could not manage it all. Beautiful set up, calming atmosphere and they do offer tea tasting. Check out next time you’re in London!

My Cup of Tea offers a wide range of teas, tisanes, and handcrafted teaware. The teas are sourced from the finest tea gardens around the world, and the tisanes are made from herbs, flowers, and fruits. The teaware is handcrafted by skilled artisans, and the shop also offers a range of accessories, such as teapots, cups, and saucers.

Tea is the drink of friendship

TWG aka The Wellbeing Group

London, England

London, UK. A trading hub. The capital of many things. Tea has been a commodity here for almost a century, served in specific form, drink in a specific manner. It would not have been surprising for it to continue being drunk the way it had devolved in this part of the world. While TWG has not originated in London, it definity is thiring here. It was founded in Singapore in 2008 but available in more than 70 boutiques and salons in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

TWG Tea is known for its innovative tea blends, which are created by a team of tea experts. I was told that they have over 400 blends avaialbe and continue to add more. I mean, look at the picture below. An interesting fact I learned is that they name the teas after famous people, places, and events, and they often feature unique ingredients that are not found in other teas. For example, the “Marie Antoinette” blend features white tea, bergamot, and rose petals, while the “Tokyo” blend features green tea, matcha, and yuzu, cool, right? I think so!
